The StockCo solution is a simple and flexible financing option for breeding ewes and cows – farmers decide the terms that fit their needs best and StockCo will build a solution around that. First the term of your lease and annual payments are agreed according to the needs of the farmer.
Then StockCo will either purchase the existing breeding stock and lease it back, and/or pay for up to 100% of the cost of any additional stock, meaning no initial outlay for the farmer. The farmer chooses how lease payments are structured through the entire period, so they can be adjusted to fit around farmers’ cashflow.
The numbers of stock leased at any time can be varied and no penalty is incurred for varying the term of the lease arrangement.
