StockCo Dairy Herd Finance is a stock financing solution based on leasing a significant depreciating asset in farming businesses. StockCo can significantly lower the effective cost of finance and free-up capital for more productive uses.
The StockCo solution is a simple and flexible financing option - farmers decide the terms that fit their needs best and StockCo builds a solution around that. Firstly the terms of the lease and annual payments are agreed according to the farmers’ needs.
Then StockCo will either purchase some or all of the farmers’ existing cows and lease them back to the farmer, freeing up cash for reinvestment as the farmer sees fit and/or StockCo can pay for up to 100% of the cost of any additional stock, meaning no initial outlay for the farmer.
